The Adult’s Program is designed specifically for those ages 15 and up. The adult program caters to a wide variety of students including self-defense students, aspiring amateur competitors, aspiring professional competitors, and those looking for a fun and exciting way to stay in shape. This program offers a full study of our Martial Arts and Fitness system, with heavy emphasis on not only technique, but also tactical strategy and training methods that are unique to the system. The class consists of sport specific exercises, technique drills and Sparring. Class Schedules are oriented around helping each student to achieve their goals regardless of skill level.
