OUR STORY
We are a premier fitness studio in Sheung Wan offering MMA, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Yoga, Strength & Conditioning, Muay Thai and Boxing, for all ages.
We are a proud affiliate of the world-class Atos Jiu Jitsu team based in Hong Kong, led by Rodrigo Caporal.
Enjoy two Trial Classes for only $400, applicable within the same week.
You are a first time Trial Class student
Uniform is required, and can be rented for $100 for first time after that you must buy the espada uniform set for gi classes and for nogi set nogi classes
Trial class only for those who have never trained before (any location)
No pre booking required can show up 10 mins before class starts
